Renewable Energy Park Township Project – Kutch

This ongoing project involves the execution of civil, structural, architectural, finishing, plumbing, and electrical works for township development at the Renewable Energy Park near Khavda in Gujarat, executed for Adani Green Energy Ltd. Covering a built-up area of 240,335 sq. ft., the scope includes residential units, hostel facilities, a clubhouse, and administrative buildings designed to support large-scale renewable energy operations. The development focuses on delivering fully integrated township infrastructure with a strong emphasis on functionality, durability, and operational efficiency in a remote high-demand energy zone. Currently in progress, the project plays a critical role in enabling workforce accommodation and support infrastructure for one of India’s largest renewable energy parks.
