PMAY Housing Development Project – Indore

This ongoing project involves the construction of residential housing units and associated infrastructure under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Indore, executed for Indore Municipal Corporation. Spanning a massive built-up area of 1,531,702 sq. ft., the scope covers multiple locations including Aravalli Parisar, Narmada Parisar (Phase II), and Limbodi. The project includes comprehensive civil construction along with development of essential infrastructure such as internal roads, drainage systems, and utility networks to support sustainable urban living. Designed by Mehta & Associates LLP, the development focuses on delivering affordable housing solutions with modern amenities and improved living standards. Currently in progress, this large-scale initiative plays a vital role in supporting urban expansion, housing accessibility, and inclusive development in the region.
