PMAY Affordable Housing Project – Bhopal

This ongoing project involves the construction of residential housing units along with integrated infrastructure development under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana at the Bhauri site in Bhopal, executed for Bhopal Municipal Corporation. Covering an extensive built-up area of 1,190,000 sq. ft., the scope includes civil construction, utility infrastructure, internal roads, drainage systems, and other essential services required for sustainable residential development. Designed by Mehta & Associates LLP, the project focuses on delivering affordable housing at scale while ensuring functional planning, livability, and long-term durability. Currently in progress, this large-scale initiative plays a significant role in addressing urban housing demand and supporting inclusive city development in the region.
