Mirzapur Thermal Township Development Project

This ongoing project involves the execution of civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for the development of a township at the Mirzapur Thermal Energy project site in Mirzapur, executed for Mirzapur Thermal Energy Pvt Ltd. Covering a built-up area of 435,000 sq. ft., the scope includes residential buildings, community infrastructure, utility systems, and associated facilities designed to support plant operations and workforce accommodation. The development integrates end-to-end township infrastructure planning with a focus on functionality, durability, and operational efficiency. Currently in progress, the project plays a critical role in enabling large-scale thermal power operations through structured residential and support infrastructure for employees.
