This project involved the execution of shell and core development works for a proposed commercial mall by Insight Mall Developers Private Limited in Indore, covering an extensive built-up area of 556,347 sq. ft. The scope included demolition of existing structures, structural strengthening, foundational works, and development of the building framework to prepare for future tenant fit-outs. Designed and managed with inputs from Turner Construction Company, the project focused on engineering precision, safety, and long-term structural performance. Executed with a strong emphasis on quality, durability, and modern construction practices, the development lays a robust foundation for a high-capacity commercial retail and mixed-use destination.
