Project Overview
This ongoing project involves the execution of civil, architectural, and internal electrical works for the development and expansion of the township for the 2x800 MW Mahan Thermal Power Plant in Singrauli, executed for Mahan Energen Ltd. Covering a combined built-up area of 564,835 sq. ft., the scope includes township infrastructure, residential buildings, utility systems, and construction of additional 2 BHK residential blocks under the Phase II housing expansion. The development integrates structural construction, architectural execution, and internal electrical infrastructure to support workforce accommodation and operational requirements of the thermal power facility. Currently in progress, the project contributes to the development of organised residential and community infrastructure supporting large-scale energy operations in the region.
