Project Overview
This project was undertaken for Lavasa Corporation Ltd in Lavasa, involving the construction of a 90,000 sq. ft. convention centre along with finishing works for 11 premium residential bungalows covering approximately 55,000 sq. ft. Designed by The Hok Planning Group USA, the project combined large-scale hospitality infrastructure with high-end residential development. The scope included civil construction, structural execution, and detailed architectural finishing to deliver modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces. Developed with a focus on quality, durability, and contemporary design standards, the project contributes significantly to Lavasa’s vision as a world-class urban and tourism destination.
