Island Star Mall Phase III Development Project – Bengaluru

This ongoing project involves shell and core civil works for Phase III development of a large mixed-use commercial complex at Mahadevapura in Bengaluru, executed for Island Star Mall Developers Pvt Ltd. Covering an extensive built-up area of 5,284,296 sq. ft., the scope includes structural construction of a shopping mall, office spaces, multi-level car parking (MLCP), and a hotel block, forming an integrated commercial and hospitality ecosystem. Designed by Rajesh Structural Consultants, the project emphasises high-capacity structural systems, efficient load distribution, and long-span commercial engineering solutions. Currently in progress, this landmark development represents a major mixed-use infrastructure project contributing significantly to Bengaluru’s urban commercial expansion.
