NH-37 Imphal–Jiribam Highway Development Project – Manipur
Project Overview
This ongoing project involves the widening of the Imphal to Jiribam section of National Highway 37 in Manipur to a 2-lane configuration with paved shoulders under EPC mode, executed for National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. Covering a total length of 36.404 km, the scope includes highway widening, pavement strengthening, and development of modern highway infrastructure designed to improve safety, durability, and traffic flow. Designed with support from ALTINOK Consulting Engineering, the project focuses on enhancing inter-state connectivity, reducing travel time, and supporting economic integration in the region. Currently in progress, the development plays a key role in strengthening national highway infrastructure in a strategically important and challenging terrain.
