EWS & MIG Housing Development Project – Rewa

This project involved the construction of 132 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) houses, 144 Middle Income Group (MIG) houses, and 9 commercial shops in Lalpa, Rewa, executed for Rewa Municipal Corporation. The scope included comprehensive civil construction along with development of supporting infrastructure such as internal roads, drainage systems, and essential utilities to create a well-planned residential environment. Designed with inputs from Abha System & Consultancy, the project focused on providing organised housing solutions for identified slum areas while improving living standards and urban integration. Executed with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and sustainable development practices, the project contributes significantly to affordable housing and inclusive urban growth in the region.
