Project Overview
This project involved the construction of a D-Mart retail mall for Avenue Supermarts Ltd in Charoda, covering a built-up area of 67,220 sq. ft. The scope included comprehensive civil construction, structural development, and execution of standardised retail infrastructure tailored for high-efficiency supermarket operations. Designed by Epicons Consultants Pvt. Ltd, the project emphasised optimised space planning, durable construction, and seamless customer flow. Executed with strict adherence to quality standards and timelines, the development strengthens organised retail infrastructure and contributes to the expanding commercial landscape of the region.
