Project Overview
This project involved the construction of CM Rise School buildings at Government Excellence H.S.S. Jaora and Government Excellence H.S.S. Alot in the Ratlam district, executed for the Public Works Department, Madhya Pradesh. Covering a substantial built-up area of 220,150 sq. ft., the scope included comprehensive civil construction, structural development, and creation of modern educational infrastructure to support enhanced learning environments. Designed by Kakani Associates, the project focused on delivering well-planned academic spaces with durability, functionality, and contemporary design standards. Executed with strong emphasis on quality construction and timely delivery, the development contributes significantly to improving educational facilities and infrastructure in the region.
