Smart City Business Park Project – Bhopal

This ongoing project involves the construction of a large-scale business park at TT Nagar in Bhopal under the Smart City initiative, executed by the Public Works Department of Madhya Pradesh. Covering a built-up area of 434,900 sq. ft., the scope includes comprehensive civil construction, structural development, and creation of modern commercial infrastructure designed to support office spaces, business operations, and urban commercial activities. Designed by Shanghvi & Associates Consultants Pvt. Ltd., the project focuses on delivering a contemporary, energy-efficient, and functionally optimised business environment. Currently in progress, this development is a key component of urban modernisation under the Smart City mission and significantly strengthens Bhopal’s commercial and economic infrastructure.
