Anuppur Thermal Township Development Project

This ongoing project involves the execution of civil, architectural, structural, and electrical works for the development of a township at the 2×800 MW thermal power project site in Anuppur, executed for Anuppur Thermal Energy Pvt Ltd. Covering a built-up area of 405,000 sq. ft., the scope includes residential quarters, community facilities, utility infrastructure, and supporting civil works designed to accommodate workforce requirements and operational staff. The project integrates end-to-end township development with emphasis on structural durability, functional planning, and efficient service infrastructure. Currently in progress, it plays a key role in supporting large-scale thermal power generation by providing a well-planned residential ecosystem for plant personnel.
