Nova Residential Shell & Core Project – Goa

This ongoing project involves civil core and shell construction works for Residential Building No. B362 (Nova) at Bicholim in Goa, executed for The House of Abhinandan Lodha. Covering a built-up area of 140,580 sq. ft., the scope includes structural development, foundational works, and execution of the building’s core framework to support subsequent architectural, interior, and finishing works. Designed by architect Rushikesh H., the project focuses on precision structural execution, durability, and readiness for high-end residential fit-outs. Currently in progress, the development forms part of a premium residential cluster in Goa and contributes to organised luxury housing infrastructure in the region.
