Mahan Thermal Township Development Project – Singrauli

This ongoing project involves the execution of civil, architectural, and internal electrical works for the development of a township for the 2x800 MW Mahan Thermal Power Plant in Singrauli, executed for Mahan Energen Ltd. Covering a built-up area of 552,135 sq. ft., the scope includes residential buildings, support infrastructure, and utility systems designed to accommodate plant personnel and operational requirements. The development integrates civil construction, architectural works, and internal electrical infrastructure to ensure a fully functional township environment. Currently in progress, the project plays a critical role in supporting large-scale power generation infrastructure by providing organised residential and community facilities for the workforce.
