Project Overview
This ongoing project involves the execution of civil, architectural, and internal electrical works for the construction of two new 2 BHK residential blocks as part of the Phase II expansion of the township for the 2x800 MW Mahan Thermal Power Plant in Singrauli, executed for Mahan Energen Ltd. Covering a built-up area of 12,700 sq. ft., the scope includes residential construction, structural development, and internal electrical infrastructure designed to support workforce accommodation. The project focuses on delivering durable, functional, and well-planned housing facilities to meet operational requirements of the power plant township. Currently in progress, it strengthens the residential infrastructure needed for large-scale energy operations.
